The Company

IFFCO group, based in the United Arab Emirates, is one of the world’s leading company in the food industry, present in 26 market categories, with 62 operating locations around the world, and with an annual production of over 5 million tons of food products.

In September 1 2020, the IFFCO has successfully acquired 3F Fuji Foods, India, from Fuji Oil Group “A Japanese company specialized in vegetable oils and fats, industrial chocolate and emulsified products” and their Indian partner 3F Industries 3F Fuji Foods Pvt. Ltd is located in Hyderabad, and specializes in manufacturing & distributing a range of cream products (whipping & cooking creams, soft ice cream mixes etc.) across India.

For IFFCO, this new acquisition strengthens its position in the creams category by creating a platform of opportunity & growth in one of the world’s largest markets. The name of the acquired company is changed to Pristine Ingredients Pvt Ltd (PIPL)

PIPL  specializes in the production of Non Dairy Frozen creams used for baking in artisan, industrial bakeries and for cooking in HoReCa.
